Who we are
Johannson Limited is a UK digital services company. We build websites, AI receptionists and business automations for small and medium-sized businesses — the businesses that keep the country running and rarely have time to spare.
We started this work because we kept seeing the same thing: good businesses being either ignored by the technology industry or oversold by it. Talked down to with jargon, locked into things they didn’t need, promised the moon and delivered a mess.
We thought there was room for a company that just… didn’t do any of that.
How we operate
- Plain English. We’ll never hide behind jargon. If we can’t explain something simply, we don’t understand it well enough ourselves.
- No promises we can’t keep. We quote what we believe, not what wins the job. If a deadline or a budget is unrealistic, we say so at the start, not the end.
- We do what we say. Agreed work, agreed price, delivered when we said it would be. It shouldn’t be a selling point. In this industry, it sometimes is.
- We only take work where we can genuinely help. Before we take you on as a client, we ask ourselves one question: can we make an immediate, beneficial difference to this business? If the honest answer is no, we’ll tell you — and we won’t charge you for the conversation.
A word about being new
We’re at the start of our story, and we’d rather say that plainly than dress it up. You won’t find a wall of testimonials here yet, because we won’t invent them and we won’t pad the page with logos of companies we’ve never worked with.
What we’ve done instead is remove the need for blind trust altogether: a fixed quote before any work starts, staged payments so you only ever pay for work you’ve approved, no lock-in of any kind, and working demonstrations of everything we sell — starting with this website and blowR, the AI receptionist that answers our phone.
Our first clients are taking a small leap of faith. We know that, we don’t take it lightly, and our founding client offer is priced to reflect it. The testimonials will come. Until they do, you get proof and protection instead.

Johannson is Jon’s company, and when you work with us, he’s who you’ll deal with — on the phone, on the build, and afterwards. He’s spent his career helping businesses run better, and started Johannson in 2011. He built this website, and blowR answers his phone. Proof, as ever, over promises.

Who we work with
We don’t specialise in one industry, and that’s deliberate. Trades, clinics, shops, professional services, manufacturers — the problems are remarkably similar: not enough hours, calls going unanswered, admin piling up, a website that isn’t pulling its weight.
What matters to us is fit, not sector. We work best with businesses where the impact of what we build is immediate and visible — more enquiries coming in, fewer calls missed, real hours back in your week.
